- During her nearly 30 years as Executive Director at University of Arizona Hillel Foundation, increased budget over 300% through donor cultivation, community engagement, grant writing, strategic partnerships, and fundraising events; facilitated professional and volunteer development for more than 850 staff, lay and student leaders, and Jewish community partners; raised $2.2 million in a capital campaign; led Jewish campus response to major events, including 9-11, the Gabby Giffords shooting, and the Tree of Life shootings; received Community Professional of the Year Award from the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona in recognition of the rapid positive growth and turnaround of the agency.
- As the Assistant Director at University of Michigan Hillel Foundation, created social programs for graduate students and young professionals, increasing participation 300% in six years; developed Hillel program at neighboring Eastern Michigan University, involving students and faculty in the process, increasing involvement 150% in four years.
