Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona is a local non-profit that helps seniors and adults with disabilities to continue living independently in their own homes by delivering medically-tailored meals five days a week. Nearly 100,000 meals are delivered each year to homebound adults. Mobile Meals partners with over 350 community volunteers and 9 healthcare facilities to provide: • Daily meal delivery to homebound adults to ensure adequate nourishment and maintain strength. • Medically-tailored diets to improve physical health and help clients manage chronic illnesses. • Regular socialization with volunteers to reduce isolation and increase client’s support network.
