 Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona empowers seniors and adults with disabilities to live independently at home by delivering healthy and medically tailored meals five days a week. Our dedicated network of over 150 volunteers delivers nearly 75,000 meals annually, providing vital nourishment and combating social isolation. Beyond nutritional support, we offer specialized diets to manage chronic illnesses and foster regular social interaction, strengthening clients' support networks and enhancing their overall well-being.
