Meet Our Opening Speaker: Alison Smith, Thrive Designer

Alison Smith (she/her) is an author, speaker, and coach who specializes in burnout and resilience. As an expert on how cultivating resilience impacts both our personal and professional lives, she speaks nationally to help audiences harness the power of small acts of resilience to design thriving lives.

Alison has coached a diverse range of clients—from CEOs and leaders to teachers, entrepreneurs, and mothers. Her work, featured in various publications, is detailed in her book, Drawing Your Line: Setting Boundaries Step by Step, which has been a valuable resource for many seeking to live healthier lives.

Outside of her professional life, Alison enjoys a good book with a glass of wine and spending quality time with her husband and two kids.
