Amy O'SullivanAmy O’Sullivan, CFRE is a native of Northern California, but she has called Phoenix home for the past 25 years. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and is a Certified Fundraising Executive. Amy has worked as a professional fundraiser since 2008 and currently serves as the Director of Development for FSL, the fifth largest healthcare nonprofit in the Valley. Previously, she held various fundraising leadership positions at notable institutions such as Xavier College Preparatory and Ryan House. Her commitment to the field of fundraising is underscored by her longstanding and active membership in the Greater Arizona Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, where she served as Chapter President in 2023. Residing in Phoenix with her husband Marcus and their two children, Colin (13) and Nick (9), Amy values family and community. When not dedicated to her professional pursuits, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and quality time with loved ones.

Abby WilkymackyAbby Wilkymacky (Will-Key-Mack-E), the founder of Mindflower Studio, is a facilitator and visual practitioner. Mindflower Studio is a creative consultancy that helps socially-driven organizations define and solve problems through thoughtfully designed and facilitated workshop experiences and visual summaries. Abby is known for her innovative facilitation, animated doodles, and human-centered techniques that drive creative participation in surprising, fun ways. Abby holds a BS in Industrial Design and Spanish from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!). As an adjunct professor at Arizona State University, she taught undergraduate and graduate-level Industrial Design and Qualitative Research courses. Abby is an active member of IFVP (International Forum of Visual Practitioners), Mindcamp (an international creativity group and conference), and the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute, to name a few. Abby is an Ohioan who moved to Phoenix for the sunshine and the promise of never having to scrape snow off her car. Outside of her work, you may find Abby romping around in the desert on a mountain bike, shredding the slopes on skis, eating fresh veggies out of her garden, throwing pottery on the wheel, or doing crosswords with her cat.

Lisa B. Lumbard, CPA, CGFMLisa B. Lumbard, CPA, CGFM, was in public accounting for over 35 years with 10 years serving small businesses and 25 of those years as the founder and leader of Lumbard & Associates, PLLC, an auditing firm that specialized in not-for-profit and governmental financial and compliance audits. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Lisa is also a Certified Government Financial Manager. Since selling her CPA Firm, she has been serving as a not-for-profit consultant, board governance trainer, project designer and resource referral provider through her current firm, Lumbard Consulting, LLC. She is uniquely qualified to serve not-for-profit organizations who find themselves in need of an interim CEO, retaining or replacing their CEO, CFO applicant screening, need help assessing their current position, internal controls, process and financial reporting clean-up, accounting services assessment, auditor selection, board self-evaluation guidance, establishment of a long-term leadership profile, leadership transition facilitation and customized special projects. Lisa holds a Certificate for Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource and earned the Executive Leadership Certification from the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. She began board service while attending ASU and still serves on multiple not-for-profit and governmental boards and committees including the Arizona State Board of Accountancy to which she was appointed by the Governor in 2019 and elected President July 2022, Arizona Society of CPAs not-for-profit conference committee chair, Valleywise Health Finance, Audit and Compliance Committee, Heard Museum and the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Finance Committees. She also serves as vice-chair on the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits Public Policy Committee and as an Alliance subject expert and curriculum advisor. Lisa is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and webinars.
