Description

Join us for a two-part workshop series “Talent Practices for Nonprofit Success” Human Resources practices have not always kept up with our sector’s needs or capacity. This series aims to bring fresh ideas, information and tools to nonprofit leaders along with real-time best practice sharing from participants and facilitators.

  • The first session on October 8 will focus on what it takes to find, hire and compensate non-profit staff in today’s employment landscape.
  • The second session on November 7 will focus on how to engage, retain and develop staff (and volunteers) once you have them.

While the sessions are designed to build on each other, each session also stands alone if attendees are not able to join both dates.
