Founded in 1991, LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. is a majority woman-owned consulting firm specializing in program evaluation, training, technical assistance, needs assessments, and applied research for a wide range of public and nonprofit programs. Our work is comprehensive, data-driven, and useful, with a strong emphasis on helping organizations document outcomes, demonstrate impact, and use data for continuous program improvement. 

With central offices in Tucson, Arizona, LMA has worked at the local, state, and national levels with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, foundations, coalitions, and community partnerships.
