About

New Culture Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting young adults aging out of foster care in Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson. We provide direct financial and material assistance during the transition to adulthood, focused on housing stability, everyday essentials, and the relationships that make a full life possible.

Core Services

Project Blue: Rental assistance, deposits, and emergency housing support that keep young adults stably housed.

Food Security: Monthly grocery support and nutrition assistance.

Essential Supplies: Hygiene kits, home starter kits, and maternity support including diapers and car seats.

Mentorship & Life Skills: Budgeting, tenancy, and consistent adult relationships.

Normalcy: Sports, recreation, travel experiences such as Culture Waves lake days, and celebrations.

At 18, young adults leaving foster care step into full independence, often without a family to fall back on. New Culture Project exists to make sure they do not do it alone.
