Paula Carvalho is Executive Director of Mission of Mercy Arizona (MOM), a nonprofit mobile medical clinic providing free healthcare and medications to uninsured individuals and families. She leads fundraising efforts, expansion, partnership building and program development for the Arizona medical program, a network of six mobile clinic sites across Maricopa County.


For more than 35 years, Paula has served in various roles with nonprofits across the Valley, with a focus on advocacy and healthcare for underserved individuals and families. She is a member of the Mayo Clinic Community Advisory Board, the First Things First Avondale Early Childhood Nutrition Team, and was a contributor on Senator Kyrsten Sinema's Health Care Round Table. She is a graduate of the American Express Leadership Academy at ASU Lodestar Center, Class 11.

Mission of Mercy is a mobile medical clinic providing free healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured individuals and families who lack access to care. Services include free doctor visits, prescription medications, chronic disease management and education, and pro bono lab and radiology services. Our mission is to restore dignity and provide 'healing through Love' to the patients entrusted to our care.
