Immaculate Heart of Mary Family Health Center is a faith-based, charitable primary care clinic, serving patients of all ages, with or without insurance, and without regard to ability to pay for services. We have a generous sliding fee scale for patients whose combined household income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
