ICAN is a free, out-of-school time program that serves East Valley youth. Since its founding in 1991, ICAN has remained dedicated to its mission to provide out-of-school time opportunities that empower all youth and their families to pursue what is most meaningful to them. There are over 493,300 youth living in Arizona communities where afterschool programs are not accessible; ICAN’s vision is to foster statewide collaborations to close the opportunity gap for youth and their families.
