Scott Smith joins New Pathways for Youth as the  Vice President of Philanthropy. With two decades of service dedicated to uplifting communities, Scott brings a profound depth of experience and a strong commitment to advancing our mission. 

A Proven Leader in Community Transformation 

Scott’s professional journey reflects his dedication to empowering communities and  supporting youth-serving organizations. He has held leadership roles at New Way Academy, Desert Voices Oral Learning Center, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. Throughout his career, Scott has focused on building strong relationships, fostering inclusive engagement, and driving meaningful change—especially here in Phoenix, where his passion and influence run deep. 

Scott has a Master of Nonprofit Leadership & Management degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing from the University of Central Florida. He is also a graduate of the American Express Leadership Academy and a head coach of his son’s little league baseball team.
