PHOENIX & SPRINGFIELD — August 5, 2026 — Four Leaf Financial & Accounting and NPO Accountants this week announced they have merged to form Four Leaf Accounting, a firm dedicated exclusively to serving nonprofit organizations. Effective August 3, 2026, the combination brings together two well-established practices under a single brand, deepening the firm's bench of nonprofit specialists and extending its reach across the Arizona and Illinois markets.

The combined firm employs 16 professionals and is actively hiring across both markets. It offers a full range of services tailored to the nonprofit sector, including accounting and bookkeeping, Form 990 preparation, audit preparation, grant reporting, and consulting. With teams in both Arizona and Illinois, Four Leaf Accounting is positioned to serve organizations in two of the country's most active nonprofit communities while maintaining the high-touch, relationship-driven service both firms are known for.

Four Leaf Financial & Accounting was founded in 2017 by Jill Foley and built its reputation serving nonprofits across the Phoenix market. NPO Accountants, founded in 2014 by Lisa Stevenson, CPA, brought a similarly specialized focus on nonprofit accounting and compliance. The two firms shared a client-first philosophy and a commitment to the nonprofit sector, making the combination a natural fit.
