Phoenix, AZ – Aspiring Youth Academy (AYA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Bridget Costello as its new Executive Director. 

Bridget Costello, a seasoned leader with a strong background in fundraising and community service, steps into her role as Executive Director with a track record of creating profound impact for non-profit communities. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Bridget has dedicated much of her career to elevating the educational and developmental opportunities for youth and communities at large. Her previous roles include Director of Development at the Children's Museum of Phoenix, St. Mary’s High School, YWCA. Most recently she served as Vice President of Philanthropy at Free Arts and has elevated dozens of non-profits throughout her career spearheading campaigns that raised millions and substantially broadened community support.

"I look forward to working alongside Niya, our new Program Manager, and the incredible AYA Board to provide invaluable opportunities that will propel our youth to success and help them realize their dreams."
