First Wednesday Webinar - From placement to partnership: Creating ongoing support for volunteers

Description
Volunteers don’t stay because of a strong orientation alone—they stay because they feel supported, connected and valued over time. This workshop focuses on what happens after a volunteer is placed and how nonprofits can create realistic, sustainable support systems that improve retention and satisfaction without overburdening staff.
By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with tools to assess their current support practices, identify gaps and implement small but meaningful changes that strengthen volunteer relationships and reduce turnover.
