It Starts Long Before April 

Arizona Gives Day is the result of year-round work led by AZ Impact for Good. Behind the scenes, the team is: 

• Maintaining and improving the AZGives.org website and giving platform so it’s easy, secure, and reliable for thousands of donors and nonprofits 

• Training nonprofit staff so they can run effective campaigns and reach new supporters 

• Supporting organizations as they prepare their messaging, goals, and outreach strategies 

• Promoting Arizona Gives Day across the state to build awareness and participation 

By the time April arrives, hundreds of nonprofits are ready – not by accident, but because they’ve been supported every step of the way. 

More Than a Giving Day 

For many nonprofits, Arizona Gives Day is just the beginning.  

Through AZGives.org, organizations have access to a year-round online giving platform built on Mightycause. This tool allows nonprofits to accept donations, track donor activity, and run peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, all in one place. 

For smaller organization, this kind of access can be especially meaningful, providing a simple, affordable way to manage online giving without needing a more complex and expensive CRM. 

That means the impact of Arizona Gives Day doesn’t end when the day is over. It continues throughout the year as nonprofits build relationships with donors and grow their fundraising capacity.
