Join Arizona nonprofit leaders for a six-week learning experience designed to help you move beyond financial basics and develop the skills needed to make confident, strategic decisions that support long-term sustainability and mission impact.
This is the pilot of an intermediate training series that provides practical tools, guided discussions, and real-world applications to help leaders strengthen their organization's financial health, resilience, and growth.
Objectives
By the end of the series, participants will be able to:
- Apply financial strategy concepts to strengthen sustainability.
- Engage board and staff in critical financial conversations.
- Interpret financial data to guide decision-making.
- Build financial habits that support long-term resilience.

There are six modules in the series, covering the following topics:
- Strategic Budgeting
- Cash Flow Sustainability
- Risk Management
- Investment Strategies
- Strategic Growth Plan Development
- Long-Term Sustainability Planning
