Meet Our Speaker

Sandra Fryer
Capacity Building Initiative Program Manager
ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation 

Sandra joined the Capacity Building Initiatives (CBI) team at the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation (the Center) in fall of 2021. Sandra’s education and career have spanned many intersections with the Center over the years, as she earned her undergraduate degree in ASU Watts College’s Nonprofit Leadership and Management program, and receiving her Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential from the Center’s Nonprofit Leadership Alliance program, before earning her MBA from North Park University.

Sandra has served over 30 years in the nonprofit sector and strives to balance a data-driven, people-centered approach to develop and implement strategies that have a positive impact on bettering and engaging our community. In her current role at the Center she leads the Service Enterprise Initiative (SEI), and assists with Experience Matters programming.
