Grantmakers will come together to explore needs and opportunities for responding in real-time to the dynamics created by ongoing federal actions. While some philanthropic organizations are already adjusting course, others are seeking additional information, insights, and/or collaboration on the way to determining their community response. This Convening offers an opportunity to understand the landscape of current needs, as well as connect with colleagues taking different approaches in advancing action within current federal and local contexts.

Session Results

• Build relationships among grantmaker participants.
• Use existing data points and the experiences of grantmaker colleagues to explore the landscape of current nonprofit needs.
• Identify lessons learned from past inflection points that offer insights into action for today’s context.
• Consider options for responsive action, differentiated by grantmaker readiness and organizational context.
