Deanna Longtin, CEO & Founder of emPowered HR Dispute Resolution

Deanna Longtin has over 14 years of experience as an attorney and mediator, following two decades as a small business owner, teacher, and farmer in North Dakota, before establishing her own law firm. She is currently the CEO and Founder of emPowered HR Dispute Resolution, a company dedicated to resolving workplace drama by helping organizations have hard conversations.  Her team at emPowered works with organizations of all sizes, who are frustrated and burnt out from spending too much time on employee disputes, tired of the loss of productivity caused by unnecessary distractions, and are interested and excited to resolve these issues, to be proactive with risk management, to offer support to HR and management, and eliminate a potentially toxic workplace, so everyone can get back to business. 

In her free time, Deanna enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, skiing, playing the piano, wine tasting, attending sporting events, and volunteering. She cherishes moments with her husband, their blended family of five adult children and their partners, and a wide circle of family and friends.
