Madicyn is a passionate educator and mindfulness expert serving as Instructor and Programming and Development Manager at Mindfulness First. Her journey from classroom teacher to mindfulness instructor was ignited by a desire to support students' emotional well-being. With Arizona roots and a background in elementary education, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Madicyn's expertise in trauma-informed care and ACEs, combined with her deep understanding of mindfulness, empowers her to create transformative learning experiences. As a dedicated community member and skilled instructor, she guides individuals and groups in cultivating resilience, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
