This high-impact, interactive session, facilitated by the globally recognized Waters Center for Systems Thinking, equips nonprofit CEOs and executive directors with practical tools to lead with clarity, agility, and intention.
Participants will explore the 14 Habits of a Systems Thinker and apply these frameworks to real-world nonprofit challenges—from deepening organizational alignment with mission and values, to shifting internal culture and anticipating unintended consequences of well-intentioned strategies.
