Teach One to Lead One® is a community mentoring program that teaches Universal Principles to lead students at-risk into a life of purpose and potential. Since 1996, our trained and certified volunteer mentors from around the world have brought the T1L1 program into schools, both semester and year long formats, providing Hope Mentors to students once a week for about an hour during school hours. In the context of healthy mentoring relationships, students develop character and leadership principles such as Integrity, Respect and Humility. T1L1 strengthens social and emotional learning skills within students by utilizing experiential components such as interactive activities, small group and large group discussions as well as community service projects and a graduation ceremony.Together we are making a difference in the lives of many youth grades 3-12th grade.
