It is our organization's mission to create an avenue for the advancement of students and recent graduates of STEM programs into industry careers by providing scholarships, paid internships, and cross training in a variety of geo-science fields. Our dream is to create an environment where students can take the knowledge they have acquired in school and apply it to the practical applications used by many leading geologic and mining companies before they graduate, thus, establishing the experience necessary to create a competitive resume when they are ready to find gainful post-graduation employment
