The Mujeres Latinas Unidas Foundation (MLUF) Annual Event is a full-day celebration of culture, resilience, and unity. It will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix, Arizona. 

The event is designed to bring together community leaders, professionals, families, and allies to honor the strength and achievements of Latina women while fostering intergenerational connection and empowerment. Throughout the day, guests will enjoy inspiring presentations, workshops, and cultural performances that celebrate collaboration and growth. 

Agenda - MULF - Annual Event Highlights include: 

• Opening Remarks by Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego 
• A presentation on MLUF’s 2025 accomplishments, featuring graduates from the Building Your Dream entrepreneurship program 
• A stress-reduction session led by Tere Derbez, MLUF’s Head of Mental Health 
• A hands-on “Create Your Own Flower Shop” workshop with Noemí Loera of Lush Floral 
• A Business Plan Contest Awards Ceremony recognizing winners with $1,000, $500, and $250 prizes 
• A performance by Danza Alma de México and a networking session for attendees and sponsors 

Guests will also enjoy a deluxe breakfast and chef’s buffet lunch, live music by DJ Dora Basaca, a photo booth, and access to 15 vendors from diverse industries. Overall, the event is both a community celebration and an empowerment platform, dedicated to uplifting Latina women through education, entrepreneurship, and shared purpose.
