About

Melabiz Community Hub is a nonprofit organization based in Tempe, Arizona, dedicated to empowering youth and young adults (ages 12-24) through mentorship, workforce development, and mental health support. Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where young people facing challenges such as housing instability, economic hardship, justice involvement, or mental health struggles can access the resources and guidance they need to transition into independent adulthood.

Our Key Programs & Services:

• MYGuard Initiative – Focuses on conflict resolution, self-advocacy, and leadership skills to help youth navigate challenges.
• Workforce Development & Job Readiness – Includes resume building, job search assistance, mock interviews, and professional development.
• Drop-In Services & Community Support – Offers basic necessities like hygiene kits, clothing, meals, and transportation assistance.
• Mental Health & Emotional Wellness – Provides free therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and peer support groups.
• Breaking the Boy Code – A workshop series designed to help young men redefine strength, emotion, and leadership.
• D.R.E.A.M. Girl Initiative – A mentorship and leadership development program for female-identifying youth, focusing on confidence, goal-setting, and emotional well-being.
