About

Anytown Leadership Program is an Arizona human relations organization dedicated to educating, embracing and empowering leaders to create inclusive communities and advance positive social change.

Its nationally recognized flagship program, Anytown Leadership Camp, brings together Arizona youth ages 14-19 for an immersive, weeklong residential experience. Through interactive workshops, dialogue, simulations and community-building activities, participants explore leadership, identity, prejudice, discrimination and bias. They gain practical skills to communicate across differences, counter stereotypes and bullying, advocate for others and become effective change-agents in their schools and communities.

Anytown also brings its proven approach to schools, workplaces, nonprofits and other organizations through customized education, training and technical assistance. Across every program, Anytown creates opportunities for honest conversation, deeper understanding and communities where all people are connected, respected and valued.
