Leaning Into Your Board During Turbulent Times- Engaging your board in decision-making and support during challenging periods.

These turbulent times highlight the need for board members to be ready to step up and support your organization in unprecedented ways. This session will outline how boards can ready themselves by building trust, developing deeper knowledge and understanding about your work, and practicing meaningful, strategic conversations.
